Sacrificial: Autohate
Sacrificial - Autohate - [Mighty Music]

2003-04-22

Recently I found more and more bands into death\thrash metal. The more known names are The Haunted, Terror 2000, Darkane and I guess that you can name more then me. For the ever growing list you can add the latest Sacrificial. Autohate.
Hailing from Denmark and in the music business since 1990, and after few line-up changes they released their third full album in Mighty Music, and I guess that the label do effect in a way the band, since from the first track you can hear and even more feel what Sacrificial wants from you.
Autohate is a death/thrash killing machine tuned to automate. There’s no ease for you to take a deep breath, and the only breath that you can take is in the minute of pressing the play button. They took care not to bore the listener and that’s another good point to their side. You can find here a lot of 80’s thrash influences along with the modern melodic death. The rhythm section here is doing a great job building a strong base for the vocals, which adds the death metal side, put a groovy touch and you have the complete picture.
If you are into The Haunted don’t wait, run and look for it at your nearest local store.
If you’re into 80’s Thrash I’m sure that you can find this one a good album.
