It’s been a while since we posted some news here. But we haven’t sat still.
We’ve finished up or next full length and everything has been delivered to Transcending Obscurity Records. They will release the new album on CD, LP and cassette tape.
The album was recorded at several locations on various dates and mixed and mastered by Erwin Hermsen of Toneshed Recording Studio. Cover art was painted by Paolo Girardi.
Expect more news in the coming months. Release is expected in September.
Now 2024 also marks 30 years of Officium Triste. We have some cool shows lined-up to celebrate this.

New single out
Our new single "Morose" has been released digitally on September 23rd 2022. It's available on all major streaming platforms as well as our Bandcamp page. There will also be a limited CD edition (100 copies) released by Brutal Insanity Records. Head over to their website to pre-order. Morose was recorded and mixed at Red Pack Productions. The cover art was done by Bram Bruyneel.

Brazilian reissues of first 5 albums
We recently mentioned Mors Viri has been reissued by Mutilation Productions from Brazil. Well they're doing reissues of our first 5 albums. Some of them have been sold out for quite some time.
Giving Yourself Away is out now too. If you need a copy you better head over to their store. We'll get a limited amount of copies as well.

Mors Viri re-release
Brazil's Mutilation Records has issued a limited repress of our 2013 album Mors Viri. We are glad this album is available again in this format and especially for the South-American market. Buy a copy directly from the label. We have w few copies for sale. Head over to our merchandise page.

New merchandise items
We have two items being available now or soon. We will have very limited quantities available so it's best to order at the source.
First of all the mighty Pull The Plug Patches from Australia did a cool patch with the Reason artwork. 
The second item that can be ordered as of now is a tape re-issue of our Promo 2000. Back in the day we recorded 2 songs in our rehearsal room. We added Roses on my Grave that was recorded in 1998. For this tape release we added a version of Mountains of Depressiveness that was recorded in 2003 and to this day was only available as a bonustrack on a repress of Ne Vivam. The version of the song Pathway (of Broken Glass) on this release was never used before on any other release. The tape is housed with new artwork and contains liner notes. Get it directly from Into It Records.

Immersed reissued
The dreadful 2020 is coming to an end and as a band we didn’t have a lot of news to share. But, now there is something cool to mention. The long sold-out split “Immersed” with Ophis that was released by Memento Mori in 2012 is being reissued on vinyl.
Ukrainian label Archaic Sound is releasing this record in a limited run of 300 copies on 3 colour variants. It’s scheduled to be released on February 21st 2021. Pre-orders are open through their website or Bandcamp page.
