Although the organisers have found a new site in Nuenen, only five kilometres from Eindhoven.
The town can't give them the permit to run the festival because of new european environmental law.
This new law forbids events like Dynamo in the breeding-season, which is from March 15th until July 15th.
It seems that they can't find alternative location or date to do this event this Summer.
However they are saying that they do have a permit to do this next year - so it seems like we all have to wait to Dynamo Open Air 2004.
