According to information from Billboard.com, PRIMUS' classic
lineup of bassist/vocalist Les Claypool, guitarist Larry LaLonde
and drummer Tim "Herb" Alexander will enter the studio this
year to record their first album together since 1995's "Tales
From the Punchbowl". It will be PRIMUS' first new studio album
since 1999's "Antipop". It is unknown if the new set will be
released by Claypool's Prawn Song imprint or under another
label.
Claypool, LaLonde and Alexander regrouped in the fall of 2003
for a North American tour and the Interscope release of a
DVD/CD, "Animals Should Not Try To Act Like People".
